Day 87 – Heavy Machinery

I always find when I stick on a macro lens I get lost and can spend hours just moving around very slowly, like a sloth.

The image is of an old heavy drill, I couldn’t even guess how old but it still works.

I had a bit of a light bulb moment today when I was trying to figure out why my landscapes had no oomph,  is that even a word. So I brought a few up on my monitor and then flipped through many landscape photography books and then it hit me. How stupid I felt when I realized where I was going so wrong, seeing the same ‘mistake’ repeatedly. I’m not going to say now where I believe I’m going wrong, you will just have to wait until this weekend to see if I can prove it to myself.

Work towards self employment

I picked up a few boring but necessary information leaflets from banks and looked up insurance providers.
